Yamine Ltd is the data controller for yamine.app and for the Yamine app. Yamine Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17383120, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Privacy enquiries: privacy@yamine.app.

This website

yamine.app is an informational website. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

If you write to us, or join the launch list - by email, or through a form on this site - we keep the email address you give us and what you send with it. We use them to reply, and to send you news about Yamine, including the launch notice. They are handled by the providers that run our email and website infrastructure. To stop hearing from us, or to have your details deleted, write to privacy@yamine.app at any time.

The servers that deliver the site record standard access logs, which include the IP address of each request. These logs are kept for the security and operation of the service. We do not access them and do not use them to identify visitors.

The Yamine app

The Yamine app is in development and has not been released. This policy will be updated with a full description of what the app processes, and why, before any public release. The same information will appear in the App Store and Google Play listings.

The app is being built to the following standards:

• It collects only the data a feature needs in order to work.
• Deleting an account deletes the personal data behind it.
• Personal data is not sold and is not shared for advertising.
• It contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Your rights

UK data protection law gives you rights over personal data an organisation holds about you, including the rights of access, correction and erasure. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@yamine.app. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

Material changes to this policy will be dated on this page. The version above applies until it is replaced.
